Our billing service allows a practice to minimize the amount they spend dealing with paperwork, insurance companies and accounts receivable. That is why we are committed to improving collections and pursuing insurance companies for money that is due.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Karlena Bousselaire has been in the medical field for over 23 years. She was in the Optometry & Ophthalmology field for over 15 years. In each of the Optometric practices she learned multiple realms of the practice to be able to serve her employers best. She also worked 8 years in the Rheumatology & Primary care field. Learning multiple facets inside the practice she worked hard to help her employer run as efficiently as possible. She is well versed in the inner workings of the medical practice including visit codes, diagnosis codes, prior authorizations, diagnostic testing and other areas. These experiences help her understand the billing needs of her clients.
